Watertown Llamas Open day

Welcome to WATERTOWN LLAMAS ! Come and join in the fun on our Open To All Day. This invitation includes families and non BLS members as well and if the sun shines it will be a great opportunity to see llamas at large (about 50 of them including new born cria) over 20 acres of rolling Devon countryside with great valley views. If it rains there will at least be plenty of shelter, homemade cakes and a Llama quiz to enjoy indoors.

The UK's leading Camelidynamics instructor, Julie Taylor-Brown, will be at Watertown to demonstrate her handling techniques on some of our Llamas. A good selection of her brilliant equipment will be available to buy, including the fantastic Zephyr halter. There will also be an opportunity to lead llamas around the farm and to have a go at our little obstacle course.

Gates will ope around 10.30am and if you want to make a day of it, you are very welcome but please bring a picnic! We have a large pond with lots of hungry ducks and swans so feel free to bring some stable bread as well.

Please let us know if you are coming, just names and numbers for insurance purposes and we look forard to seeing you all, old friends and new ones.
