Llama Trekking Empty Llama Trekking

Hello

I am wanting to establish a Llama trekking business but would like someone else to look after the llamas and handle the trekking - i.e. manage the llama trekking business.

If I was to recruit such a person, what sort of personal qualities do you think they need and experience (bearing in mind that as llamas aren't that common, I may have to recruit someone who doesn't know much about llamas but provide them with some training).

In addition, for those of you who have already established llama trekking centres, and as hindsight is a wonderful thing - any tips for setting up such a business you could offer?

Would be very grateful for your views.
